Cold weather and chilly winds have taken over, but the Spartanburg Philharmonic Youth Orchestra is ready to warm your hearts with an amazing array of sounds and music. Share in our delight as we present our second concert this season featuring a beautiful solo from our first Concerto Competition winner.
